Just want to share with all of you guys that generally take about 2 weeks (more or less) to ship a package from US (san fransisco) to INDONESIA-jakarta

And awesomly, total cost that i've to pay is 521$ but the tax is only 356ribu rupiah..!!! Padahal harusnya kena tax = 17.5% x (521-50)$...well i think this is my luck though :D ....

How to crack MyWi using version 4.77

These are the steps:

1. Make sure your 3 days trial of your MyWi has expired (if not enjoy your 3 days trial first)
2. After it's expired make sure you take a note or remember the date you install MyWi
3. Uninstall ur current mywi from cydia
4. Reboot ur iPhone
5. Open cydia and add new repo: http://hackstor.myrepospace.com
6. Install package: MyWi cracked version 4.7.7
7. Exit from cydia and open MyWi
8. Go to iFile (i assume you already installed iFile from Cydia)
9. Go to Folder: \var\stash\Application\MyWiApp
10. Find file called: MyWiApp
11. Open with textviewer and change the date there with your date on step 2 above
12. save and exit iFile
13. Go to MyWi and tap to open it
14. It will give u a warning window "exit | reboot --> tap exit
15. Open again MyWi and it will give u the same warning window as before and please tap exit again
16. Open again MyWi and now please tap REBOOT
17. Wait your iPhone reboot
18. Done rebooting, open again your MyWi and VOILA!!!!!!!! Now your MyWi active again!!!!!

Jailbreak Iphone 2G to FW 3.1.2

Berikut langkah2nya:

1. Backup dulu semua data Iphone 2G anda dengan mencolokkan ke komputer via USB Cable, setelah terdeteksi di ITunes...klik kanan di Icon Iphone anda dan pilih backup.

2. Tunggu proses backup sampai selesai.

3. Setelah selesai klik tombol Update pada Tab Summary Iphone anda di Itunes.

4. Nanti akan keluar notifikasi apakah anda ingin mengupdate firmware Iphone anda ke 3.1.2 --> Pilih Yes

5. Tunggu sampai selesai sampai Iphone anda restart (yang menandakan Iphone anda telah selesai di update ke 3.1.2)

6. Pada saat Iphone anda restart, close Itunes anda dan cabut Iphone dari USB cablenya. Buka Internet Explorer dan pergi ke www.blackra1n.com (ingat tulisan blackra1n nya pake angka 1 ya dan bukan huruf i).

7. Klik tombol windows di halaman www.blackra1n.com dan dia akan otomatis mendownload blackra1n.exe (RC3).

8. Setelah selesai mendownload blackra1n.exe RC3, sambungkan kembali iphone anda dan double klik file exe tersebut dan klik tombol make it rain.

9. Tunggu sampai proses selesai (note: bila proses berhasil akan ada gambar GeoHot di iphone anda pada saat blackra1n menjailbreak iphone anda;).

10. Setelah selesai tunggu sampai iphone reboot dan setelah itu anda akan mendapatkan icon blackrain di springboard iphone anda.

11. Tap icon blackrain anda dan pilih cydia utk penginstallan cydia. (note:utk melakukan hal ini pastikan iphone anda terhubung ke internet either via wifi or gprs).

12. tunggu sampai proses install cydia selesai..dan voila...iphone anda pun sudah terjailbreak :).

3. ikutin aja langkah2nya ampe selesai...
4. setelah selesai langsung aja jalanin boltbrowser dan akses youtube...
5. Voila...!! loe bisa liat video youtube pake layanan existing BB loe wekekeke....

How to Remove IT Policy without using any 3rd Party Application such as Javaloader or else...

Windows user:

1. plug your BB to your computer
2. Go to command promp by click start>run>type cmd and hit enter
3. type: Cd\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader and hit enter
4. type LOADER.exe /resettofactory

and wait for 4-5 minutes and voila your BB has got no IT Policy.

To check IT Policy has been removed:
1. from your BB go to Options>Status
2. type BUYR
3. check on Data Usage and Voice Usage --> if you see the amount for those parameter then your IT Policy has been successfully removed.

Langkah2 utk Membuat Account Itunes Store tanpa Credit Card

Guys, mau sharing lagi nih....gue akan tunjukkan cara2 utk bikin ITunes Store tanpa harus punya account Credit Card:

1. Open ITunes
2. Click ITunes Store link (biasanya ada di sisi frame kiri dari ITunes)
3. Pilih salah satu free apps yang ditawarkan (gue biasanya pilih yahoo messenger)
4. Terus klik Get App setelah memilih Yahoo Messenger application
5. Akan keluar window baru, dan klik Create New Account
6. Akan keluar Welcome Message Account Baru dari ITunes, click continue
7. Akan keluar Terms & Condition, klik I have accept bla..bla..bla.. dan continue (Saran gue pas di step ini bila pilihan country keluarnya Indonesia sebaiknya change ke US, karena apps free nya banyakan di US :) cuma syaratnya kita harus punya alamat US..bisa sih dibuat abal2 tapi make sure no telpon area, code post, dan statenya harus benar :) ).
8. Setelah itu isi email (yang valid yah), password, dll. Click Continue
9. Akan keluar payment method, nah disini pilih yang None dan isi alamat sesuai dengan yang kita inginkan.
10. nanti akan keluar konfirmasi bahwa ITunes sudah mengirim validasi via email (user name yang dipilih tadi).
11. Masuk ke mailbox email anda terus klik link yang ada didalamnya utk validasi.

Selesai deh...dan bisa download macem2 yang free :):) dan bener2 free of charge :).

Setting BlackBerry Connect E51 Firmware 200.34.36

Steps utk Setting Blackberry Connect di E51:

Note: Perlu diingat sebelum melakukan steps dibawah, tolong pastikan bahwa sim card anda sudah aktif dengan layanan blackberry dari salah satu operator kita (Indosat, Telkomsel, XL).

1. Make sure firmware E51 anda versinya seperti dibawah ini:
"200.34.36
24-04-2008
RM-244
Nokia E51 (16)"
Cara utk mengetahui versi firmware E51 anda, cukup dengan mengetik *#0000# di Hp E51 pada saat standby.

2. Download software blackberry connect dari website: http://www.businesssoftware.nokia.com/blackberry_downloads.php dengan memilih:
Region: Asia Pacific
Operator: *Other
Phone Model: Nokia E90 (ingat jangan memilih E51 tapi yang dipilih haruslah E90)

3. Setelah keluar list software blackberry connect yang available utk didownload maka pilihlah yang versi 8.14.1 (Nokia S60 BlackBerry Connect 4.0 vers. 8.14.1(.SISX, 2,89 MB))

4. Setelah selesai didownload install lah software tersebut ke HP E51 anda. Bila ditanyakan Activate Blackberry Service maka pilih YES, dan setelah itu bila ditanyakan Activate Enterprise Account pilih No.

5. Bila setelah selesai install, masuk ke menu blackberry utk menset settingnya, dengan mengklik: Menu > Blackberry > Settings > Service Info > Options > Register Now. Step ini berguna utk mendapatkan ID Pin Blackberry connect kita.

6. Biasanya bila Register kita sukses, akan dapat sms yang berisikan bahwa registrasi sudah aktif. Setelah itu masuk lagi ke Menu > Blackberry > Settings > Service Info > Device Info, catat No Pin dan IMEI.

7. Masuk ke website provider blackberry yang kita berlangganan, misal www.indosat.blackberry.com pilih Create New Account > Masukkan Pin dan IMEI yang tadi dicatat > klik continue > lanjutkan seterusnya dengan mengisi user id dan password yang diinginkan bila nanti suatu saat kita akan masuk ke website ini lagi.

8. Lakukan setting email address anda yang ingin dimasukkan ke dalam E51 kita.

Seharusnya setelah ini, BlackBerry Connect E51 kita sudah aktif :)

My Deepest Thought

Dear S****,

For last couple of days I have been having this thought, and also been re-think and re-think again about this GBS Impact.

Based on our last conference call with T**** that our team will have cost reduction around 12%, and this has been always inside my mind and I want to let it out and talk about this to you since you are my boss.

In my opinion the best way to fulfill this 12% reduction will be cutting some of the managers that we had, and the best choice will be I—myself and another manager (W**). I know that you’d be surprise because of this and if you ask why? Then my answer is purely to get along with the GBS goal.

I know that you would think that what happen if me is not in the team anymore? What will happen to the business? I aware of that, and to convince you that I trust my team with their capability that they’ve shown to me for this last couple of years and they have never disappointed me in the terms of their responsibility to the job. And I believe that they are ready if they will be given the bigger responsibility in the future.

Please don’t think that, this thought of me will be such like a runaway from my responsibility because the only reason why I want to do this is: that logically the best reduction will come from the manager’s side (and as you know and aware the biggest costs comes from me and W**).

Once again, I’d been considering this thought over and over again, and I really-really realize that if this happen I’d already prepare my “big heart” to accept the decisions with my open arms.

Hope this could give you as an insight for the difficult decision in this GBS Impact.

Well.... totally I don't really know am I a good leader (just like my Boss said) or not, or maybe he said in order to make me calm and feel comfort... to be honest until now--and i don't know when it will end--my feeling stays the same that is: feel insecure and burdened. :(

My friend said: in such a short time you are truly have had experience as what the leader have, you had become staff person, you had interviewed person, and now you have to fire persons (* damn!! the last one is the one that I actually don't want to do it!!).

That's why I wrote above e-mail to my Boss, to convince him that the better way to have the reduction is cutting me all the way instead of cutting my team...but the decission is not purely in me... :( :( :(

Well this is the reality of life...accept and live with it..!!
